• Payment method used for deposit must be in the player's name who registered the account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Mykad 99 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Failed deposits will be automatically refunded to the original source within 1–3 business days.

• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• Postponed or cancelled matches: Bets will be fully refunded if a match is cancelled. Postponed matches that resume within 48 hours are considered valid.
• DLS method in cricket: If a cricket match is decided using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the DLS result is considered the official outcome for the purposes of bet settlement at mykad 99.
• Live Betting: Live bets are subject to added-time restrictions. mykad 99 reserves the right to suspend markets during a match for odds reassessment.
• Early Cashout: The cashout value is final at the time the player confirms the cashout. Once confirmed, a cashout cannot be cancelled.

Mykad 99 requires all players to engage with the platform and community in a respectful and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
